Products
- We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. Slight variations may occur.
- "Surprise" / blind-box selections are random — the specific color cannot be guaranteed or chosen.
- All products are intended as sensory / fidget toys for ages 3+. Adult supervision is recommended. Not suitable for children under 3 due to small parts/choking hazard.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation email is not acceptance of your order. We may decline or limit orders at our discretion. Acceptance occurs only when the order ships.
Chargebacks & Fraud
Disputed chargebacks without first contacting us for resolution may be challenged with delivery proof and order records. We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who file fraudulent chargebacks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squishlings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
