Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
- United States: 7–15 business days after processing.
- International: 10–25 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
- FREE shipping on Duo and Trio Bundles (orders $74+).
- Single items ship at standard rates.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, Squishlings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 21 business days, contact us at support@schyllingsquishy.com and we'll help investigate.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be reshipped at the customer's expense. We cannot change an address after an order has shipped.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the order total.
