Returns & Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love your Squishlings. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original sealed packaging (blind boxes that have been opened are not eligible — that's the surprise!).
  • Unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Non-returnable items: opened blind boxes, used squishies, items damaged through normal play or wear, sale or clearance items, and free gifts.

How to Request a Return

Email support@schyllingsquishy.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization — unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not the result of our error.
  • Bank or card processing times may add a few additional days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Color & Variant Disclaimer

Squishy colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings. Blind-box variants are random — we cannot guarantee a specific color in a Surprise selection. This is not grounds for a return.
